2. The User Member Account

Deposits into the User's Member Account

2.2.1.

The User may only participate in any Game if the User has sufficient funds in the User's Member Account. Gssbet never gives the User any credit whatsoever for participation in any Game.

Gssbet accept payments in multiple currencies. The User must choose one currency as the currency of the User's Member Account. Any exchange premiums are to be paid by the User.

When using a credit or debit card for depositing funds, the User's funds are credited when Gssbet receive an approval and authorization code from the card's issuing bank. Should Gssbet not receive such approval and authorization code the User's account will not be credited with those funds.

2.2.6.

Gssbet reserve the right to use additional procedures and means to verify the User's identity when effecting deposits into the User's Member Account.

Credit balances in the User's Member Account will not bear interest.

2.3.

Account Administration.

2.3.1

Gssbet operates the User's Member Account, calculating the amount of money the User has staked or offered to stake on a bet, which represents the User's potential exposure at any time (“Reserved Amount”) and calculating the User's "Available to Bet" balance, from time to time, as well as settling bets made by the User with other User’s through the User’s participation in the Games.

2.3.2

The amount of money in the User's Member Account which has not yet been staked on a matched bet is the User's "Available to Bet" balance and will determine the User's betting limit.

2.3.3

Gssbet´s calculations of the User's “Reserved Amount”, “Available to Bet” balance and amounts owed by the User under the terms of this agreement will be final and, in the absence of any manifest error, will not be subject to any enquiry or investigation.

2.3.4

Gssbet is allowed to set off any losses against any gains.

2.3.5

Any deposit made by the User into the User's Member Account will be held for the User's use until the User places a bid for a bet, or accepts a bet on the Website. Gssbet then hold the amount staked awaiting the outcome of the Bet.

2.3.6

When the User has placed a bet on Gssbet's website, Gssbet will hold the amount staked awaiting the outcome of the Game, and declare a winner. At this point the bet is binding and cannot be cancelled nor can any amount held by Gssbet as a stakeholder be withdrawn.

2.4.

Payouts

2.4.1.

When the outcome of a Game the User participates in becomes determined or where Gssbet  has confirmed the relevant result of an event and settled the markets, all winnings will be held for the use of the User's Member Account.

2.4.2.

If Gssbet mistakenly credits the User's Member Account with winnings that do not belong to the User, whether due to a technical or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain property of Gssbet and the amount will be transferred from the User's Member Account. If prior to Gssbet becoming aware of the error the User has withdrawn the funds that do not belong to him, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law, the mistakenly paid amount will constitute a debt owed by the User to Gssbet. In the event of an incorrect crediting, the User is obliged to notify Gssbet immediately via email.

2.4.3.

Gssbet will carry out additional verification procedures for any payout exceeding the equivalent of USD3,000. Nonetheless, Gssbet reserve the right to carry out any such verification procedures in case of a lower payout to the User.

2.5.

Withdrawals from the User's Member Account

2.5.1.

The User may withdraw any amount up to the “Available to Bet” balance in the User's Member Account by issuing Gssbet with a valid notice of withdrawal on the Website.

2.5.2.

To free the User's Member Account balance and withdraw all the User's funds, the User must first cancel any stakes that he may have made that remain outstanding.

2.5.3.

Withdrawals must be made via the Website. Gssbet will not accept withdrawal demands made by telephone or by electronic mail. Employees of Gssbet are not permitted to bypass these instructions.

2.5.4.

For the User's protection, in any twenty-four hour period, the User may only withdraw the maximum amount of as stated within the user agreement unless a larger amount has been agreed by prior arrangement.

2.5.5.

Gssbet offer a wide range of withdrawal methods. Withdrawals can incur charges depending on the selected method. Any winnings above the amount stated in 2.5.4 can be withdrawn through the method chosen by the User for deposit. 2.5.6.

Gssbet reserve the right to credit the User back using the same method as that used by the User when depositing.

Gssbet reserves the rights to hold/ suspend/ lock down Users aaccount up to 90 calendar days in any event that user 's account is suspected of laundering / fraud/ AI (Bot)

Upon requesting a withdrawal of winnings exceeding USD100,000 and/or request for closure of user's account, Gssbet reserves the right to payout the requested amount incrementally over 10 consecutive months, with one payout each calendar month.

2.5.9

In the interests of fair gaming, the User's play will be reviewed before withdrawals are processed for any irregular or unusual playing patterns including but not limited to, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting for play-through requirement purposes.
